Straight Talk Foundation (STF) is a leading Ugandan communication for development non-government organization that was registered in 1997 and operates nationally in Uganda. STF uses a multi-modal approach (radio, print, social media, interpersonal communication, and youth-friendly services) in the delivery of its programs and services.
In the past 30 years of its existence,STF has grown considerably into an advocacy and health communication organization, serving various categories of young people. To date, STF has designed programs to respond to specific populations needs for health and development. Current STF programs focus on sexual and reproductive health, education, gender, prevention of violence against women and girls, climate change, agriculture, youth livelihoods, and youth-friendly service delivery.
