Development Watch Centre (DWC) is a Nonpartisan, Interdisciplinary Independent think tank. DWC is dedicated to analysis of Uganda’s Foreign Policy and Diplomacy in International milieux. DWC’s aim is to promote the understanding of Role of Diplomacy in quest for National, Regional and International Development through Research. Our research is conducted in observance of total academic freedom.
DWC’s ultimate goal is to be a Centre for conceptual innovation, hard research and practical Policy Proposals for dealing Foreign Policy, Diplomacy and Sustainable Development.
